My Presentation for Claudia & Quentin

With the introduction to this brief we had to convey our ideas and thoughts of what our characters are going to look like and act in the new surroundings of Claudia's weird and wonderful mind of horror!

I'm not the best at presentations but I think I got my idea across pretty well; as you can see below I chose American Horror Story as my series to base Claudia's wild imagination around.

I wanted to base her on one of the characters that is introduced midway through the series, her name is  Elizabeth Short. The reason I have picked her to be the one who Claudia identify with is because she holds the classic beauty within the murder house, 1940's fashion and hair is what I want to recreate on Claudia; this is to show her kind side.

To represent her not so nice quality's, I have used the mistress, Hayden, she is erratic and cruel, I wanted to represent this by maybe having her hair and make-up smudged and scruffy on one side to show she's loosing her mind.

I have chosen the word Glass Prison for Claudia- I want to represent this by either making it look like she is cracking on her skin or having her half perfect and half dismantled to show she is stuck in her own mind.

I have chosen the word Stitches for Quentin - I want this to represent the way Claudia pieces him together with her emotions and mind. He is never whole or one person he is everything in one; like a patchwork quilt.

I want him to look frightening, but to also have that feel of empathy as he is also trapped in Claudia's Glass Prison world.

Below you can see all the details of my interpretation:
